Qualifications

2+ years in compliance or operational risk mgmt. (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk) and 2+ years in one or more of the following: compliance, operational risk mgmt., IT systems security, business process mgmt. or financial services, or a Bachelor's or advanced degree in business or economics.

 

Develop testing strategies and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems and internal controls. The Consultant will create clear documentation to support the testing results and related conclusions, report observations to business unit management, and consult with management to develop appropriate corrective action plans to effectively address identified issues. This may include developing business cases to demonstrate the need for risk mitigation. The Consultant may provide operational risk and control consulting for projects and initiatives with moderate to high risk.
