Description:   

Internally, this is referred to as a Sr. Manager, Strategic Implementations but in reality it is a strategy & operations engagement manager role.

 

Responsible for helping to synthesize the overall strategy and to implement enterprise-critical initiatives, ensure the initiatives are aligned to stated business objectives through identifying targets, influencing improvement methodologies, and creating a clear pathway for operational, organizational, and process excellence. Work closely with executives across the company, and act as the “go-to” person for the initiative.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

•Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem solving skills. Quick to identify critical issues and structure implementation- focused solutions to complex business situations

•Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to present complex issues in a simple, logical and succinct manner. Ability to influence management across the enterprise and create buy-in across multiple layers of stakeholders

•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead others in a matrix environment.

•Highly personable, and adaptive to rapidly-changing environments

•Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution required; MBA required

•3+ years related experience

•Preferably 1-2 years of project management experience.

• Management Consulting for a top-tier firm; Strategic Implementation executive for a Fortune 500 company; Strategic Planning for a Fortune 1000 company
