Description:   

Location can be: Montreal, Toronto or Pittsburgh

 

Responsibilities:

 

Reporting to the Director of ERP Integration, you will be responsible to support and develop business processes and systems in the manufacturing area. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investigate, gather and define business processes and requirements.

• Develop and test new processes/system functionalities.

• Create/maintain test scripts, execute the tests scripts and ensure proper supporting documentation to meet FDA validation requirements.

• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, problem solving and support for the back office.

• Develop functional specifications for development purposes working with the users, project managers/directors and the programmers.

• Support users in understanding the various business systems.

• Support Project Managers/Directors in executing project implementations or implementing new processes/functionalities.

• Maintain system/process/training documentation and ensuring proper sign-offs.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Business/Functional analysis experience in a JDE environment.

• Experience in Manufacturing OR Distribution environment.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and proven experience successfully interfacing with all levels of resources/ management
