Position- 2106: Marketing Manager

Salary starting at $100k+ (DOE)

Must come from similar company (i.e. doubleclick, google, yahoo, advertising.com, vertrue, any lead generation or affiliate network). As well as knowledge of CPA, CPC or CPM.

They are looking for two individuals:

• Looking for a seasoned performance based marketing manager, a person who understands and comes from the industry. The perfect candidate will be involved in the "dating" sector (although will be lenient). They really have to know the industry inside and out, knowledge of lead generation advertising, online marketing.
• The 2nd marketing person will run the "mobile" business sector. They MUST have the mobile pay content background/experience.

Job Description:	Develop, implement and manage the tactical execution of customer acquisition and retention programs (direct email, search engine optimization, online media buys, direct mail, etc.) from insertion order to campaign completion Determine and execute consumer marketing strategies and manage the pivotal link between account managers and distribution Maximize campaign ROI by engaging creative and optimization teams to perform analytical tracking, reporting and A/B testing of creative units. Own key business metrics and drive major performance improvements in client accounts Develop thought leadership in specific functional/industry areas such as mobile, dating, finance, education, and media. Active management of client relationship through account managers by setting and managing expectations proactively Requirements: Three plus years experience in marketing for an online company; proven expert experience in internet marketing with specific expertise in the areas of direct marketing, affiliate marketing, and marketing analytics A driven and ambitious individual that has is a perfectionist in performance and driven to constant improvement in our clients' and company's performance. Understanding of the online advertising market Experience in media research tools Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy Ability to execute a number of parallel tasks and use strong interpersonal skills to foster / manage relationships across multiple departments Strong verbal, written & presentation communication skills, with ability to translate technical & customer information into results Deep knowledge of CPA and Lead Generation advertising is required. Prior experience in a performance marketing company a BIG plus
