The Oracle Retail (Retek) Team Lead is directly accountable for the successful delivery of Supply Chain Management (SCM) technology / process deliverables. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of Retek solutions. He/she will be responsible for planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of various modules within the Retek Solutions Suite (RMS, AIP, POS, RPAS). This individual provides hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships. This consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development, performance measurements, setting expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project and budget and timetable.

Candidate Must Have :
* Seven years Oracle Retail (Retek) (current experience) with hands on delivery/configuration experience in one or more modules: RMS, AIP, POS, RPAS
* Experience leading a team 2- 6 technical and functional analysts through at least 2 full project lifecycles.
* Willing and able to travel 80-100%.
* Understanding of retail/merchandising process.
* Strong communication and organizational skills
