Job Description:	I NEED CANDIDATES ASAP!!!   35 person company,  strong benefits .  They are looking to add 2 Senior Java Developers to their technical staff.  Both candidates need to be capable of a team lead and mentoring role.  There are two specific roles.   Both of these roles are 100% hands-on positions    One role focus' on the Systems side and concentrates on the Operating Systems where the products are developed.  This person will be more systems minded. One role focuses on Product Development.  This person focuses on the technology as a means to an end.  This person will be responsible for the core products and how the users use it.  This will grow into a Product Management role.  Required Qualifications   ·         Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. ·         6+ years experience developing commercial software products, including 3 years in Java. ·         4 years of experience in object-oriented analysis and design ·         3 year experience with Java-based Web application servers ·         2 year experience with RDBMS and SQL; Oracle a plus ·         Proven experience providing project management and technical leadership to a small team of developers ·         Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry best practices. ·         Self-driven to produce quality results on time ·         Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.   Desirable Qualifications   ·         Experience with common Internet technologies such as XML, Web servers- Application servers (Weblogic, moving to Jboss), security, and various networking protocols. ·         Experience with object persistence frameworks (EJBs, Hibernate, etc.) ·         Experience with core web technologies such as HTTP, SOAP, Struts, Spring, .NET, etc. ·         Experience launching new products ·         Experience working in a small company environment ·         Experience in the advertising industry a plus
