Min. 4 years experience managing PeopleSoft HCM implementations and upgrades; At least 3 full lifecycle (9+ months each) implementations of PeopleSoft HCM v8.8+ as a Project Manager for a large team (15-20+ consultants/subcontractors) including functional and technical areas. Projects managed should have been completed clients with 10,000 or more employees.

Candidate Must Have :
* All Must have's below need to be recent within the last year.Qualifying and pursuing client sales opportunities by developing the solution, scope, estimates and/or proposal.
* Structured PM and application development methods,Strong client relationships with client admin and mid-management levels,Able to plan, track, and manage project financials to budget,Able to scope, estimate, plan, and manage PS HCM v8.8 and v8.9 projects.
* Experience with some of the PS HR eCollaborative applications & workflow, Able to scope, plan, and manage process re-design, Able to scope, plan, and manage online enhancements.
* Able to scope, plan, and manage data conversions ,Able to scope, plan, and manage report development.
* Able to scope, plan, and manage security without assistance.Able to scope, plan, and manage testing & cutover activities.

Prefer candidates from Northeast or Midwest.
