Min. 5 years hands-on experience with the PeopleSoft North American Payroll v.8+ application; At least 3 full System Development Lifecycle (6+ months) implementations of PeopleSoft Payroll v8.8 or v8.9 as a Team Leader or Lead Consultant along with PeopleSoft HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, and/or ePay. Projects should have been completed successfully for clients with 10,000+ employees.
Candidate Must Have :
* All Must have's below need to be recent within the last year.PS Functional Consultant, PS North American Payroll v8.8/8.9 application functionality,PS online, batch, reporting, data structures, and workflow.
* Functionality and integration of ePay with Payroll, Able to define scope for Payroll business processes and data,Able to define requirements for Payroll business processes, Able to develop project estimates for Payroll implementation projects.
* Experience in process re-design, application configuration, design,Experience in data conversion, testing, training, and cutover activities.
* Able to develop and maintain a detailed work plan.
