Job Description:	Practice Lead - Enterprise Application Integration Location: USA - At least 15+ years experience - Prior experience in incubating, planning and growing a high-technology practice with prior P&L responsibilities. - Strong executive level communication skills with excellent client management skills a must - Ability to manage and mentor senior technology professionals (managers/senior managers) in a dynamic environment - Familiarity with the onsite/offshore development model. - Expertise with large-scale program management and software estimation techniques highly desirable - Strong expertise with design and delivery of Business Process Management (BPM) and SOA applications a must  -Ability to deliver high quality technical documentation and presentations - Familiarity with integration best practices, patterns, policies, and governance - Has previously managed and deployed complex EAI projects at customer sites   - Must be open to extensive travel
