Job Description:	Associate Compensation Analyst   The company is one of the largest marketing and communications networks in the world.   We are currently seeking an Associate Compensation Analyst for our Human Resources Department.   Compensation responsibility: - Coordinates the maintenance of worldwide executive compensation data with various regions. - Tracks short and long-term incentive information for worldwide executive population. - Secure in-depth knowledge of Company compensation programs and practices. - Provide back-up for Compensation Manager in his absence. - Complete U.S. submission of the AAAA's compensation survey and provide compensation analyses based on results. - Assist Compensation Manager in the administration of the Worldwide Towers Perrin compensation survey.  Responsibilities include: completing job matches for North American positions, acting as liaison to Europe, Asia, and Latin America in coordination of data submissions; compiling survey results and distributing to each region; and completing compensation analysis based on the survey results.   HRIS responsibility: - Maintain system documentation - Business Process Procedures. - Analyze and improve existing processes. - Perform change in pay actions in SAP. - Perform daily audits of HRIS actions entered. - Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from HR managers, line managers, department heads, finance managers, etc. - Prepare and distribute various reports (Total Compensation Download, Headcount, Turnover, and more) - Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.   Position requirements: - 1-2 years experience in Compensation, IT, or Finance. - SAP experience preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. - Bachelors of Science.  Major in business related field, finance or human resources preferred.
