Job Description:	wheesco: Provide transaction support and independent price verification for hedge fund investments.  - Perform in-depth deal analysis for corporate and structured securities.  Analyze and quantify the risk factors for new transactions based on prospectus, rating agencies report and other deal materials. - Perform periodic valuation and surveillance on the current portfolio consisting mostly of corporate issuances and some ABS and CDOs - Provide support in all aspects of new investments including the development of valuation and reserve methodologies. Analyze the effectiveness of hedging strategy employed by the desk for each transaction. - Interact heavily with front office, risk management, model validation and business controlling professionals. 3-5 years experience in structured finance, cash flow modeling and or collateral analysis for a financial institution, rating agency or Big 4 firm. 2. Understanding collateral risk characteristics, deal structures, terms and conditions 3. Programming (e.g. Visual Basic) and database experience strongly desired 4. Knowledge of pricing tool such as Bloomberg and Intex 5. Strong credit training and quantitative skill, solid foundation in fixed income mathematics 6. Minimum Bachelors degree in an analytical field 7. 8.
