Job Description:	Very strong developer with a minimum experience of 5 years in Java and C++. The person will be working on trading and risk management applications supporting primarily convertible trading desk. Knowledge of SQL is also required. The candidate must be a good team player with strong communication  and problem solving skills. Platforms: Linux and Windows Database Systems: Knowledge of Sybase SQL and Oracle SQL Other Programming Skills: C#, VBA Business Knowledge: At least 3 years experience in equity or equity derivatives. Good knowledge of derivatives required. Project Experience: Has the ability to plan and give time estimates on projects. Communication Skills: Has the ability to document their work and communicate with traders.
