As a team member in the Reinsurance New Business and Product Development area core job functions would include building and maintaining life/annuity reinsurance models, development of new reinsurance products and marketing of reinsurance solutions to insurance companies. Essential Functions: 20% - Help market, present and determine reinsurance needs for the top insurance and reinsurance companies in the U.S. Work with outside insurance and reinsurance carriers to design & build innovative reinsurance products. 40% - Increase revenues by building and maintaining detailed reinsurance pricing models on reinsurance transactions for annuity, life and structured financial products. Maintain actuarial model office files to assist in the proper management and financial reporting. 20% - Assist in due diligence and treaty review / negotiations for all transactions. Due diligence would include detailed audits of counterparty's financial models. 20% - Work with Risk Management, Legal and Finance areas on reinsurance projects;

Candidate Must Have :
* A minimum of seven years experience in actuarial profession
* Broad asset liability modeling experience
* Reinsurance modeling experience
* Actuarial software experience
* Member of the American Academy of Actuaries/Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
