Develop and deliver business and technical training for web-based investment systems. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.

TRAINING DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
� Design and develop highly technical and business training curriculum for web-based portfolio management system, concentrating on portfolio performance, mutual fund performance, AIMR-PPS�/GIPS� Composite Management, performance attribution, and analysis and reporting capabilities within the system
� Develop teaching plans, materials, and certification exams to accompany training curriculum
� Continuously review and improve training curriculum
� Deliver training to clients, company partners, and employees
� Work with developers and implementation staff, at varying levels, to understand and document system processes and functions
� Work with clients to develop and deliver customized training

� Participate in team effort to build software product certification program
� Travel to client sites to deliver training. Travel required is approximately 33%, dependent upon client demands (locations domestically and internationally)
� Provide product expertise to the client services team

SPECIAL SKILLS/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
� 5+ years professional technical training experience
� 5+ years instructional design experience
� Experience as a performance analyst strongly preferred, including calculating, reconciling and reporting investment performance results
� CGIPS certified preferred
� Consulting experience in the investment performance arena ideal, such as preparing for GIPS compliance
� Proven, successful track record writing technical/application training/user guides and documentation
� Knowledge of Client/Server Applications and Relational databases is preferred
� 5+ years Investment Industry experience in an investment operations, portfolio accounting or analyst capacity preferred, with exposure to the investment industry data elements as well as investment process
� Knowledge of multimedia tools (Captivate or similar tools) and technology preferred
� Highly motivated self-starter
� High level of personal accountability
� Great team player
� Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
� Bachelor degree required
� Master�s degree in Instructional Design a plus

Candidate Must Have :
* 5 years pro. technical training experience
* Investment Industry experience, preferable in Portfolio Performance Measurement
