Job Description	We are currently seeking full time software developers to join our group and aid us in expanding and supporting our mortgage business.  As our business expands, new and existing tools and utilities must be built and enhanced to support our trading, research, servicing and accounting departments. -          Need to be a team player but must have the ability to work independently. -          Develop and maintain proprietary applications in a high volume production environment for internal customers
Minimum Requirement	Platforms:  HP UNIX, LINUX a plus
	Database Systems: -          Some experience in SQL essential. -          SYBASE, stored procedures and database programming a plus
	Programming Skills: -         B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent field. -          3+ years of programming experience required in C, PERL, or C#. -         Must have strong analytical and problems solving skills -         Attention to detail -         Experience with make, bash/ksh/sh, Excel and basic Windows env. -         HTML / CGI a strong plus
	Business Knowledge: Knowledge of the Mortgage/Securities industry and/or financial programming a strong plus
	Project Experience:  Must understand what it means to OWN a project and drive it to completion through design, development, test, release and support.
	Communication Skills:  Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
Function	-          Proven Perl Development experience from scratch (not just Perl scripting) to include strong experience with optimization, development, programming, coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving. -          Much of the work is short term projects done by 1 or 2 people, so descriptive comments in your code and thorough user/project documentation is essential. -          Respond to operational requests from customers to modify or enhance existing applications. -          It is rare, but must be willing to perform on-call duties for after hours emergencies.
