Manage all facets of the Originate & Sell program for Lending Services. Originate & Sell is a corporate strategy currently supporting loan sales. Interface with numerous partners outside of Lending Services who support Originate & Sell: Structured Products Group, National Home Equity, Legal, Investor Reporting, IS, Compliance/Audit, and Finance. Plays a leadership role in managing cross-functional teams comprised of numerous support areas from Lending Services – Default Management, Account & Document Management, NHE, IT, and Audit.
Assesses status and health of the overall program and sub-teams to identify potential risks and risk mitigation strategies. Generates status reports and other communications that keep team members and stakeholders appropriately informed and involved. Manage all existing investor relationships. Directs key activities of program and project teams in a matrixed environment, with members including technical, operations, lines of business, vendors, and external labor resources. The program typically has multiple business sponsors and a large number of organizational stakeholders. Responsible for program management of 5 to 7 loan sales a quarter. Represent Lending Services interests/position in all investor contract negotiations.
Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
* 3-5 years lending or operations-related experience
* Project Management
* Negotiation skills helpful.
* Strong leadership skills evidenced by a natural ability to lead large groups, to provide direction and create a presence.
Must have the ability to interact with a wide range of employees in different divisions and a growing investor base, while managing several multi-faceted projects
Highly motivated – a driver with a sense of urgency/incredibly accountable for their actions.
Lending and lending operation experience preferred.
Strong problem-resolution experience.
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Comfortable operating at a swift pace/quick learner.
