We are searching for SAP SEM-BCS Managing Consultants. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
Must be an sxperienced finance professional with both process and functional SAP SEM skills within the financial consolidation process area. Must have 3-5 years of industry experience working within the Financial Close and Reporting department of a multi-national corporation and knowledge of month end close/consolidation process leading practices and techniques. Experience should include hands on management of the monthly financial close schedule, reviewing and authorizing month end journals, collection and consolidation of financial results, inter-company processing, foreign currency translation, development of the month end reporting package for presentation to senior management, and preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual auditable financial results for release to the external financial community. Experience in process improvement methods and at least 1 full life cycle implementation of new consolidation processes using a formal implementation methodology and SAP SEM-BCS consolidation package. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 100% travel will be required and candidates must live near major metropolitan airports.
Candidate Must Have :
* Must be an experienced finance professional with process/functional SAP skills within the financial consolidation process area
* Minimum of 3 years of Industry experience in Financial Close and Reporting for a multi-national corporation and have hands on experience managing monthly financial close schedule, reviewing and authorizing month end journals, collection and conolidation of financial results
* 1 SAP SEM BCS FLC implemenation experience
* Must have previous team lead or manager experience
* Previous consulting and or project mangement experience
