The Learning Strategy/Organizational Change Managing Consultant (MC) is responsible for successful delivery of Learning and Development projects. The MC assesses client learning and business needs and creates learning strategy. The MC applies their knowledge of current industry trends in the fields of education, media alternatives, & current offerings. This client-facing role includes business case development, oversight of design, development and delivery of learning solutions, defining a learning organization & benchmarking. The MC will also work on engagements applying change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational design, readiness assessments & stakeholder management. The Managing Consultant must be able to self-direct, provide hands-on leadership and mentoring to the team, and manage client relationships.

To be considered a viable candidate you must have a minimum of 5 years recent employment in a consulting firm with hands-on experience developing learning strategy and implementing change initiatives for large clients in the financial services industry. Candidates must have recent significant (2- 5 yrs.) and relevant work experience with a large Financial Services firm. Ability to apply analytical skills, business experience and knowledge of learning technologies, methodology, processes, and tools to develop and deliver solutions. Experience in change management methodologies, communication planning and organizational design. This role requires experience in the Financial Markets, Banking, or Insurance industry. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 100% travel will be required.

Candidate Must Have :
* Minimum of 5 years recent employment in a consulting firm with hands-on experience developing learning strategy and implementing change initiatives for large clients in the financial services industry
* Must have recent significant (2- 5 yrs.) and current/relevant work experience with a large Financial Services firm
* Strong business case development, oversight of design, development and delivery of learning solutions
* Able to travel Monday through Friday
* Have current experience as an external consultant

It is also expected that newly hired resources into the practice live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; New York City, NY and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, DC.
