Sr Capture Manager to be responsible for management and execution of critical Flight Training Program competitive capture efforts. Specific responsibilities will include leadership of the capture team, development of the wining strategy, teaming strategy, value proposition, competitive analysis, design-to-cost targets and ultimately ensuring that company is the successful bidder. Captures are to be assigned but may include turn-key training programs for US based or international flight training opportunities. Experience with flight training operations and training equipment is desired. Experience with Horizontal Integration and strategic partnerships is a plus.
