DEPT:  CM Confirmations/Operations

TITLE:  Associate or Officer (Junior Level position)

SALARY:  Starting at 50k

DESCRIPTION:  Prepare confirmations for high volume Cap transactions, and

other derivative transactions done under ISDA (International Swaps and

Derivatives Association) based on deal tickets prepared by traders.  Be

able to review ISDA type documentation, ex. Master agreements, Schedules,

etc.  Follow up with clients to obtain status of outstanding confirmations

and update our database to reflect the most recent status of these.  Liase

with Legal, Front Office, and marketers to ensure that trades are

documented in accordance with the established guidelines.

EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 years ISDA experience.  Knowledge of ISDA Definitions

(1991-2006)

SKILLS:  Bachelor's Degree.   Organized and very detail oriented.  Be able

to cope with high volume / time.
