The Manager, Sales Accounting – Cash/Inventory/CTA is responsible for management of the daily activities of the cash, inventory and CTA (Charge Ticket Adjustment) teams, team KPIs, partnership with bank lockbox providers, partnership with accounts receivable, and identifying and/or working on project initiatives and process improvements. The position is national in scope and involves interaction with field sales, field finance and sales starfleet on a regular basis. The position currently has oversight of approximately 22 non-exempt resources.

Key Accountabilities:

* Partner with the lockbox bank providers in providing high quality service on a daily basis
* Provide for accurate resolution of cash, inventory and CTA issues with appropriate communication
* Develop and implement tools, training, etc. that enhance field sales operations related to cash, inventory and CTAs
* Identify and/or work with business partners on project initiatives
* Develop and implement efficiencies to streamline baseline processing and enhance reporting
* Develop, maintain and enhance effectiveness of team KPIs
* Partner with the accounts receivable department on issues and process improvements
* Partner with and communicate effectively to drive results with field sales, field finance and sales starfleet
* Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures that protect company assets
* Ensure resources are effectively cross-trained to improve workflow and drive efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
* 5-9 years of relevant business experience
* Responsible for applying solid and independent problem solving skills to identify issues and solutions, using collaborative skills to resolve
* Capable of independent management of specialized processing teams
* Ability to effectively communicate with and influence individuals from cross-functional groups and at varying levels
* Demonstrates ability to understand the impact of larger business initiatives on their work group
* Analyzes and improves the effectiveness of existing processes/systems/programs

Candidate Must Have :
* Big 4 Accounting experience
* Management experience, direct reports preferably onsite
* BS in Accounting or Finance
* 5-9 years of overall experience

CPA preferred
Will manage 22 non-exempt long term employees
