Job Description:	Job Summary:  Performs various accounting functions as part of the Corporate Headquarters Controller's department to support internal accounting and external financial reporting compliance as well as ensuring a proper internal control structure for financial reporting and disclosure. Duties and Responsibilities: 1.       Assists with monthly close including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations, as assigned. 2.       Responsible for the consolidation and reporting of foreign operations including monthly translation and upload into US Oracle. 3.       Assist with the consolidation of all  operations and preparation of monthly financial statements. 4.       Assists in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages including the monthly and quarterly CHQ Financial Reporting Package and the annual tax package. 5.       Assists in preparation of forms 10-K/10-Q, & Proxy reporting including assigned footnotes, analysis, and other required disclosures. 6.       Key contributor in continuous improvement projects.  Responsible for actively identifying areas of improvement and recommending action plans. 7.       Assist with stock option reporting. 8.       Works with internal audit/Sarbanes-Oxley compliance group to ensure sound internal controls, in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and other Sections of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act ("SOX"). 9.       Assist Assistant Controller with Pension Plan Accounting & Reporting. 10.   Exposure to Financial, Planning, and Analysis projects. 11.   Works with external auditors for Corporate Headquarters financial reporting 12.   All other duties as assigned 13.   Must be able to work extended hours when required. Minimum Education, Experience, and/or Skills Required: ·         Bachelor degree in Accounting required. ·         3-5 years experience in Accounting preferred ·         CPA (or parts passed) preferred ·         Experience with preparation of SEC filings (10-K/10-Q) preferred ·         Knowledge and experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act - Section 404 and other Sections of the Act preferred ·         Strong organizational and communications skills required (verbal and written) ·         Must have above average knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Excel ·         Good working knowledge of accounting software a plus (Oracle Financials preferred) Competencies: ·         Directing and Leading Others ·         Motivating and Developing Others ·         Interpersonal Relationships ·         Hiring and Staffing ·         Adaptability ·         Self-Development ·         Functional/Technical Skills ·         Business Acumen ·         Decision Quality ·         Planning ·         Drive for Results ·         Strategic Agility
