Job Description:	TITLE:                Revenue Management & Planning Analyst   REPORTS TO:   Vice President of Revenue Management & Planning   LOCATION:        Purchase, NY   Revenue Management & Planning Analyst   The Revenue Management and Planning Analyst will provide key revenue, pricing and network related analysis, and will report directly to the Vice President of Revenue Management & Planning.  The Analyst will identify revenue opportunities through analysis of internal/external revenue and marketing data and will make recommendations based on those findings.  Requirements: -         Quantitative analysis experience -         Bachelor's degree -         Previous airline experience and/or interest in the industry -         Proficiency with database tools such as Excel is a must -         -         Knowledge of Access, revenue management systems, and GDS operation is a plus -         Strong analytical skills -         Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously -         Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills -         Outside the box thinking   Responsibilities -         Monitor and implement competitive fare analysis -         Analyze competitive actions -        -         Perform analysis on system, market, flight, and channel level -         Develop and maintain departmental analysis and reporting -         Evaluate existing and future markets -         Coordinate efforts between Revenue Management and other departments -         Participate in high level planning meetings related to Revenue Management, Network Development, Sales & Distribution.
