Job Description:	RAF 012263 - Programmer/Analyst III/D24 - Systems Development-NYC - Responsible for all phases of client/server and web-based application development as well as system and end-user project documentation. Undertake new initiatives while supporting existing production applications. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6+ years of Information Systems experience. Strong client/server and N-tier development experience utilizing C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript coupled with database programming experience in SQL Server.Working knowledge of Visual Basic and FileNet as well as prior work experience in the healthcare sector is a plus. Sound analytical skills and problem solving ability complemented by excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required. Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday); Available for on-call coverage and occasional weekend implementations.
