You will –

• Increase revenues to the bank from commercial customers in an assigned territory. Initiate outstanding growth of commercial loans and deposits with an emphasis on cross-selling the bank's other product offerings.
• Maintain the relationship with existing customers while focusing on actively seeking out new relationships for the bank.
• Aggressively grow both share-of-wallet and market share with a thorough understanding of all lines-of-business and your market.
• Develop a strong network and uses this to link customers with the products, people or opportunities that benefit them.
• Credibly discuss loan and other banking products and the implications of the latest financial/economic trends.

You and your skills -
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Five or more years commercial banking experience that focuses on prospecting for new clients, managing the relationship of existing customers, and good underwriting skills
• Strength in marketing and developing business
• Ability to build and leverage strong customer and center of influence network to grow business
• Credibility in discussion of loans and all other banking products and the implications of the latest financial/economic trends
• Ability to act with overall business goals of both bank and clients in mind

Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelor's degree
* Five or more years experience as a commercial lender
* Formal credit training
