Hands on C# Project Manager Algorithmic Trading 120-140k base plus bonus

Lead a small dynamic development team building pioneering Algorithmic Trading solutions

Requirements:

*       Closely collaborate with Product Manager on defining business requirements
*       Provide technical leadership on the team of 3-4 senior developers
*       Drive iterative development process thru construction and post-production phases
*       Effectively interact with QA, production support, and other development groups
*       Prioritize and efficiently allocate time and effort among hands-on deliverables, leadership and management
*       Design extensible and scalable software artifacts
*       Conduct code reviews
*       Coordinate production releases

 Qualifications:

*       2+ years of team leadership and project management using Agile software development methodology
*       Exceptional analytical and communicational skills
*       Equity trading experience required, derivative trading a big plus
*       Strong C#/.Net hands-on experience (C++/core java may be considered)
*       Solid OO software engineering background in real-time, low latency systems
*       Proficiency in UML
*       Experience in scripting languages (Python, Perl) and web development a plus
*       Advanced degree in CS or Mathematics preferable
