Every second of every day, people post their resume to the site. Unless you make a change to your resume, it will drop further and further down the list of responses to searches. After a day or so, you may be so far down the list of responses that you don't get calls.

 

To guarantee regular responses to your resume when you post it, every day, log on and make a change of some sort to the resume. It can be something as simple as adding a period at the end of the resume 10 lines down and, the next day, deleting it.
