Job Description:	This job will go to the low to mid 40's Position Support Associate Job Responsibilities ·        Client Support o       Execute marketing plans for client firm meetings, conferences and campaigns o       Respond to client firm requests for sales/asset data o       Facilitate legal approval of new funds, marketing materials, policy changes, etc at client firms o       Provide client firms with information regarding share classes, trading practices, etc. o       Assist in producing presentations and business review documents for client firms o       Gather analytics for internal partner necessary for regular reporting to client firms ·        Client Firm Agreements o       Maintain all client firm agreement documentation and documentation of processes o       Document all client firm agreement activity o       Maintain history of all client firm agreement documentation and activity ·       Planning/Execution o       Maintain client firm web site with relevant data for each client firm ·         Collect relevant content         relationship managers and update client web site on regular basis Qualifications ·        General understanding of asset management industry ·        Entry level or 1 - 2 years experience in the financial services industry ·        Experience using Microsoft applications (Excel experience key) Personal Characteristics ·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ·        Ability to prioritize and manage many tasks and deliverables at one time ·        Attention to detail ·        The ability to work independently or within a team setting. ·        The ability to anticipate and manage change efficiently. ·         Strong time management skills Education Bachelor's Degree
