Rich UI Specialist (RUIS)

 

The Rich UI Developer will be a member of a Business Process Management (BPM) team whose charter is to lead business process management initiatives to improve operational performance. The RUIS supports the team with expertise in:

 

Desired Skills

• 2+ Yrs Java Script, AJAX, DOM, XML

• 5+ Yrs of JAVA, J2EE, JSP

• 2+ Yrs Spring, Hibernate

• Basic Unix Skills

• Full SDLC Lifecycle exposure

• Understanding of SQL

• Experience with multi-level classification level architecture, scalable and highly redundant network infrastructures and technologies

• Working understanding of Service oriented architectures

• Diagrams, Logical and Physical data Models and Use Cases,

• Working knowledge of object-oriented design (UML), application integration, and web development.

• Experience creating data and process models using Entity Relationship •

 

Other experience in the below skill will be a plus

• Tibco GI

• ALBPM(Fuego) or any BPM Workflow Management Software

• DOJO

 

Duties of the RUIS will include:

• Developing Rich UI with Java script technology

• Researching & recommending process documentation standards, tools, and methods

• Defining and maintaining methods for process assessment, redesign, and reengineering

• Collecting information and documenting business process workflows, business rules, work product artifacts, and process performance characteristics

• Preparing materials and conducting discovery workshops or joint application design  sessions

• Facilitating one-on-one meetings to validate process designs and specifications

• Defining metrics for process management and Key Performance Indicators for business performance management

• Defining business process requirements and specifications for tools development

• Preparing storyboard type presentations to illustrate new process designs

• Reviewing user interfaces and screens for process fit, form, and function

• Preparing training material for process workflows and user interfaces

 

Successful execution of the RUIS’s duties will require a variety of skills:

• Ability to train and guide multiple, concurrent project teams in a consulting fashion

• Ability to directly manage multiple BPM projects concurrently

• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as good customer relation skills 

• Ability to work within a team structure and ability to multitask

• Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills

• Understanding of at least 1 Business Process Management tool

• Use of at least 1 process modeling and analysis tool

• Understanding of multiple programming languages

• Use of Business Process Execution Language
