Position available in either Boston or New York.

We are seeking highly motivated and well-rounded candidates familiar with private placement securities, investing in unlisted securities and preferably experienced with 144A registrations. Knowledge of structure, accounting and processing required, background with partnership accounting is highly preferable.

Responsibilities will include overall strategy and direction for the enhancement of processes and systems servicing private equity investments by our clients. Such investments typically include private placement equity, 144A Registrations, Investments in Partnerships (equity, real estate, debt. Financing, mineral depletions). The Candidate should be familiar with the accounting treatment of these investments and some exposure to partnership accounting would be helpful. The candidate will interface with our client as well as internal accounting and servicing personnel and at times may be called on to present at industry forums or the press.

Five plus years of experience working within private equity, 7-10 years of industry experience.
