Minimum 6 yrs PeopleSoft HR Project Management experience, preferably managing global implementations. Must have managed all phases of the implementation life-cycle with version 8.x or above. Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, rollout and post-implementation support. Ability to work at the senior management/executive levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate Must Have :
* HCM PeopleSoft FUNCTIONAL PM / Big 4 Consulting Experience
* Solid understanding of HCM business processes and leading practices
* Able to lead a team for the analysis, design, development and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 or 8.9, inclusive of the HR eApps for both Employee and Manager Self-Service (e-Profile, e-Compensation, eRecru )
* Minimum 6 yrs PeopleSoft HR Project Management experience, preferably managing global implementations
* Has lead a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.
