Job Description:	Looking for a minimum of 5 years domino experience.  Degree is preferred. Immediate fill Provide engineering, architecture and support for all back end messaging infrastructure, with an emphasis on Lotus Domino & SMTP infrastructure Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for the Messaging and application environment. Provide tier 2 & 3 support for global Offices Manage and administer all Domino servers worldwide, and their corresponding hardware & software. Provide 24x7 on-call support for all Domino servers worldwide Create Domino DR solutions for key servers in the environment Provide support for internet mail for  domains outsourced to MessageLabs Ensure all mail is delivered in a timely manner Provide basic development work for Lotus Notes templates as required Provide engineering and support for Lotus QuickPlace Provide engineering and support for Lotus Blackberry Enterprise Server & end user devices Provide tier 3 support for Lotus Notes desktop product in North America Provide basic Domino & Blackberry administration: add modify & delete users & groups for North America Review Policy and Procedures for all   USA Messaging Systems Create and maintain documentation for messaging environment Ensure all production system modifications are reviewed by Change Management Establish and maintain relationship with all messaging related vendors Ensure messaging environment supported software & licenses are kept current to vendor requirements Maintain a system capacity list and track storage trends on a monthly basis and report to management Ensure messaging environment is appropriately backed up.  This would include receiving daily & weekly reports
