Cash Management Associate

To $60K; up to 25% Bonus

Need a sharp 4-year grad doing this….

 

• Perform daily cash reconciliations for fixed income products prov9ded by external custody groups
• Liaison with fixed Income Traders and portfolio Managers reviewing and providing cash projection figures
• Correspond and communicate with internal back office reconciliation and trade support groups in addition to external custodians resolving outstanding items.
• Process cash movements and provide notification to interested parties
• Work on ad hoc projects in addition to daily responsibilities

 

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with 1-3 years experience in a related role. Fixed Income is preferred, but will consider Equities experience
• Understanding of fixed income instruments: Mortgages, Treasury, Corporates, EMD, HY, etc.
• Working knowledge of systems including InvestOne (preferred) Smart Stream, MSOffice, Bloomberg. Knowledge of Custody systems is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as detail oriented
• Excellent organizational, follow up and problem solving skills
• High level of speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment, despite multiple interruptions and priorities
• Team Player
