Java GUI software engineer
Top-notch graphical user interface (GUI) senior software engineer to help make Java based trader workstation platform even better. This job is heavily oriented toward designing, building and optimizing front end applications.
Minimum requirements:
" Fluency in Core Java
" 4+ years of software development experience with emphasis on Java
" BS in Computer Science, or equivalent (advanced degrees a plus)
" Passion for building top-quality user-interface products
" Strong communication skills
" Proactive, driven to excel at getting things done on time
Preferred:
" Experience with Java GUI toolkits (Swing, AWT etc)
" Familiarity with market data concepts, trading technologies and technical experience of systems used within the capital & financial markets is a big plus
