The Warehouse Finance Manager is the key finance leader for the warehousing organization. The position is the liaison between the field warehousing organization, warehousing leadership team and the Supply Chain finance organization. Core responsibilities include:
• Lead development of core financial processes including forecasting, reporting, Strat Plan and Annual Operating Plan
• Lead period close process
• Provide Supply Chain integration teams and Logistics leadership with strong understanding of key performance drivers
• Act as a business partner to Warehousing Operating leadership (e.g., Warehousing Director and Regional Warehousing Managers) with an emphasis on driving productivity and identifying performance trends and drivers
• Lead training of Distribution Center managers and Regional Operation Managers on financial performance issues
• Lead financial analysis of new Service Center projects
• Manage and develop (1) direct report
Requirement:
• BS Degree – Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred, but not required)
• 7-9 years of financial planning and analysis and/or accounting experience
• Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change
• Thrive within fast paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to interact with individuals in various functional areas and different levels within the organization
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as some type of ERP system (SAP experience preferred but not required).
