Consultant will use in-depth SAP/SM/CS (Service Management/Customer Service) consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Candidate Must Have :
* 5+ years in SAP SM/CS (Service Management/Customer Service) module configuration
* 1+ Full Lifecycle implementation in SAP/SM/CS
* Excellent communication skills-able to guild cross-functional teams
* SM/CS certification
* Team lead background experience

If a candidate is currently on an H1-B visa, they must have a minimum of 2 years left on their H1-B including all extensions.
