Minimum of 2 – 5 years experience in a role as a software developer and/or business analyst supporting the development of web-based products.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with Java based web applications in a customer facing role
Minimum two years experience with Perl, XML, and XSLT. Java experience a plus.
Minimum 2 years experience with internet technologies (Java, XML, HTML, AJAX, J2EE, Websphere, etc.)
Create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly, effectively and convincingly
Experience with leading a team of software engineers (currently 2, growing to 5)
Nice balance of technical and customer oriented skills
Sound, practical knowledge of relational databases. Oracle-specific experience a plus.
Active involvement in the technical architecture of the product and keeping abreast of technical issues relative to the product and industry
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of various computer applications. Previous software implementation experience preferred.
Must be able to plan own activities in a way that ensures day-to-day duties are accomplished on time. Must also be able to plan the activities of team members, ensure the department has appropriate coverage.
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodical, professional journal, technical procedure or governmental regulation. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups to managers, clients, customers, and ownership.
Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks and other applicable computer systems.
Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Will serve as primary client-facing product and technology expert, providing technical support and timely solutions to clients to continue to drive revenue while guiding the Professional Services team.

Bachelors or equivalent education required.
