WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Five to eight years of related business and hands-on technical experience in Windows Systems Administration and support including a minimum of two years recent Citrix Server experience
· Previous experience as a project manager
· Previous experience with a 24 x 7 Data Center Operations at a large (400+ server) firm and/or multi-geographic support responsibilities.
· Systems Administration core knowledge must include:
Experience in managing Citrix Presentation Server Infrastructure
· Experience in publishing applications and managing ICA Clients
· Experience in managing Citrix Profiles in a Windows AD environment
· Experience with Windows 2003 Operating System and Active Directory Group Policies
· Experience with Two-Factor Authentication
· Must have experience with CCL and CAC.
· Must have experience implementing Citrix Presentation Server 4.0/4.5.
· Must have experience implementing applications on a Citrix server
· Must be able to do application integration and provide communication with application teams who are impacted by the upgrades.
· Extensive experience with installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting on a large Citrix server farm.
· Experience performing Windows 2000 or 2003 server builds.
· Knowledge of Presentation Server, Secure Access Manager, Password Manager, Conferencing Manager, Application Gateway, and Access Gateway.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Terminal Server including rights and security configuration in a multi-user environment.
· Should be knowledgeable with Windows 2000/2003 and Active Directory, DNS, group policy implementation, security policies, and maintenance.
· Strong troubleshooting skills
· Must be organized and detail-oriented.
· Must have a team player attitude and thrive in a dynamic learning environment.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
· Previous experience working with network support personnel troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues.
· Advanced shell scripting / Perl / VBScript
TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT:
The firm’s Citrix environment platform consists of about 35 servers split across three data centers. These servers support internal users as well as external business partners.
