Consultants looking for f/t position OK. Temp to perm option for right person.
Broad IT systems exposure is the key. Background in manufacturing not required.
First role is implementation of SAP financial modules, then mfg modules. Will also have a say in systems and architecture , strategy, design, blueprint.
Manage 70 people in program (35 on the business side, 35 on the IT side)
20% domestic travel
Project is at the midway point (3 yrs in), expects rollout will take another 3 years
Best candidate has culture knowledge of the East Coast , as opposed to never having lived anywhere but the Midwest, for example.
Replaces person who will be leaving the division Feb-Mar 08.
