The primary responsibility of this role is to support clients of the Firm, mostly large mutual funds, in their daily use of a data-related analytical service for pricing mutual funds.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Strong technical & communication skills

• Knowledge of and/or interest in equities securities marketplace desired

• Experience in a mutual fund pricing role preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Training, support and consulting to clients

• Troubleshooting problems over the phone or via email

• Supporting sales effort by explaining the product and addressing questions

• Running backtests each quarter; meeting deadlines for fund board meetings

Working with Product Management & Financial Engineering groups to ensure client needs are met on a timely basis, including critical daily deadlines for sending clients their data files

This position involves direct communication with the Firm's prospects / clients. Successful candidates must enjoy liaising with clients in person or on the phone. The role also requires meeting hard deadlines, strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills and an affinity for technology. Approximately 5-10% domestic travel, sometimes with overnight stay, may be required.
