This is a challenging opportunity to work with a strong group of technologists who will contribute to the evolution of the Enterprise SOA practice within the firm's largest and fastest growing business unit. The applicants must have a strong academic and professional background and are keen to take their careers to the next level as industry thought leaders.

Must-have:
- Experience as Solution/Technical Architect architecting, designing and developing complex solutions in BFS domain
- Experience working with CTO/CIO organizations or Enterprise Architecture groups and building effective relationships
- Experience with performance engineering/tuning complex distributed applications
- Experience with IBM, BEA, TIBCO or Microsoft SOA stack
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying enterprise level business services
- Project experience with at least one EAI/ESB middleware such as WebSphere MQ, Tibco, etc
- Experience with life-cycle software engineering tools such as Rational Software Architect
- Exposure to service management products such as Actional, SOA Software, etc
- Exposure to BPM products such as Feugo, Lombardi, etc

Nice-to-have:

- Experience working on an enterprise SOA program
- Application or platform migration/re-engineering experience especially mainframe
- Demonstrable thought-leadership e.g. conference presentations, publications, etc
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum
- Exposure to EA frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman

Education & Experience:
- BS/MS in Computer Science from a prestigious university
- 15+ years of IT industry experience of which at least 12+ years of hands-on engineering experience
