Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as manager and mentor for the developers on the team.
Lead a wide variety of Agile processes/traditional waterfall
approach.
Manage the team on a day to day basis.
Interface with project management, infrastructure, and QA teams.
Research and present project estimates
Provide and oversee architecture and software design
Skills and Qualifications:
The following are the minimum requirements for consideration.
Total minimum 10 years experience
Minimum 2 of those years as a leader of software development teams
and projects in a .NET or Java shop.
To enhance your candidacy, you should also have:
Experience in the online advertising industry.
In depth knowledge of .Net 2.0+
Exposure to Agile / Lean processes including the traditional
Waterfall approach
Experience with establishing SDLC processes
