We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Corporate Trust Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of Corporate Trust accounts. As the primary account representative, you will service the overall client relationships within the portfolio. This shall include: the day to day administration of the accounts, the negotiation of new appointments, the coordination of services for assigned clients, the monitoring of contractual obligations for these accounts and active participation in retentive marketing efforts for securing additional business opportunities with clients, law firms, investment bankers and other industry professionals. The emphasis on this position is the ability of the candidate to close deals effectively.

Additional requirements include 3-5 years experience in financial positions, and experience in structured finance (mortgage backed securities (MBS) or Asset Backed Securities (ABS) or Collateral Debt Obligations (CDO) in a corporate trust environment. Alternatively, if you have a background in settlements, DTC, clearstream or corporate debt processing we would also be interested in speaking with you.

To qualify, you must be highly motivated, organized and detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with clients, counsel and investment bankers. Two or more years of Corporate Trust Administration or comparable experience in the financial services industry is preferred. We seek an experienced client relations person who can negotiate new business, cross sell and who can review structured finance contracts for appropriate collateralization. A college degree required.
