1. Quickbooks

2. Financial reporting

3. Billing

4. Process automation

5. Experience developing reports

6. Financial analysis

7. Ideally has worked for a professional services firm

8. CPA preferred

9. Accrual accounting

10. Forecasting and budgeting

11. Cash management

12. Tax forecasting

13. Controller experience

 Ideally someone who has an MBA.  Will handle all the companies books
