Job Description:	Manager, Consolidations   Prepare, supervise and review preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements together with supporting schedules, monthly checklists and account analyses within a limited time frame. Interact with subsidiaries and other corporate departments to coordinate the timing and the contents of all deliverables. Supervise staff accountants. Manage Hyperion consolidation system including chart of accounts, entity structures and reporting function. Keep current with the latest developments in accounting and financial reporting. Resolve consolidation and other accounting issues as they arise in compliance with technical accounting requirements. Prepare, supervise and review SEC Form 10-K, 10-Q, quarterly and annual reports to shareholders with related footnotes and schedules.   CPA with a minimum of 4-6 years of accounting experience with Big 4 or Fortune 500 corporation or combination of both. Consolidations experience, SEC reporting experience  and experience at a managerial level. Strong organizational and oral and written communication skills and a stable work history required.   Business attire required.
