Position:  Director, Software Development/Architecture

Location:  Jersey City

MSS:  5229 

Salary:  $145,000-$180,700

 

Job Description:

Lead Architect/Manager

This position will provide architectural leadership to ongoing application development efforts.

Skills Required:

·        10+ Years experience architecting enterprise solutions

·        5+ years experience managing architects

·        5+ Years experience developing distributed applications

·        Broad deep distributed computing expertise, including service oriented architectures, web applications, relational databases, information security, servers, networking, and other relevant technologies.

·        .Net expertise

·        Experience with application integration techniques and technologies

·        Project management skills and experience

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Collaboration skills with a proven track record of success in a multi-constituency team

·        Process oriented thinking

·        Systems engineering mindset

 

Skills Desired:

·        Experience in financial services

·        Experience in portfolio accounting

·        Experience in Separately Managed Accounts

 

Education Required:

Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science.
