Participate as part of the team which sets strategic product development direction
Responsible for program timing, budget, and success
Participate in trade shows and marketing events with outdoor journalists
Transition new products into production
Maintain/Initiate relationships with vendors and customers
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
--Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
--3+ years of Product Development experience
--Strong level of project management skills
--Thorough understanding of technical standards, principles, theories, and techniques
--Experience and thorough understanding of the development process
--Expensive in ammunition development, ballistics, firearms, and related processes highly preferred
