Job Description:	The "absolutely required"s: . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field . 2 years minimum of recent, current, and direct WinCE experience in driver software development and architecture definition on the ARM architecture. . expert C/C++ required (would be a given if they've done WinCE driver development) . Experience with cross-platform development, debugging, and test tools. (would be a given if they've done WinCE driver development)  The "greatly desired"s: . 5 years of recent and direct WinCE experience in driver software development with a few in an architectural or team lead position  The "would be nice"s: . Experience with handheld products such as portable media players, personal navigation devices, mobile phones, etc. . Expertise in SoC and embedded system architectures including: CPU's; memory architectures; I/O and peripherals; networking; security and encryption; and multimedia standards. . Linux kernel development experience (any platform-x86, PPC, ARM, etc.).  And the "I really don't care"s: . Master's degree preferred. . Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., OOA/D, UML, Req'ts Mgt, Config Mgt, and Defect Mgt.) and tools
