Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a transactional SQL language (T-SQL) is must.
Extensive experience in logical and physical database design concepts.
Experience with backup and recovery and continuity of business concepts.
Familiarity with SQL Server 2005 troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Mentor/work with development to communicate best database practices.
Ability to work in a team environment is required
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
