Summary: Looking for an individual that has a strong interest in financial process analysis with the goal to make standardized / optimized / and easier to use changes through utilizing systems in a more productive manner. Candidates should have a strong interest in IT capabilities and a drive to use them to make a real impact on the financial processes. Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to learn new things while working within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support ERP conversions by owning financial applications / processes.
� Act as a Financial Module Lead for ERP conversions
� Project Management responsibilities
� Coordinate IT, Central Finance and BU Finance resources
� Facilitate process mapping sessions to compare the BU's financial processes to the ERP Standard process definitions
� Facilitate Gap analysis of BUs financial process requirements to ERP standard processes
� Closure of gaps through process changes or system configuration / modifications
� Lead data conversion definitions and action plans
� Lead gap closure decisions and action plans
� Manage and Support the Post Go-Live phase of conversions.
� Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and the System Development Life Cycle

Grow in knowledge of financial modules within JDE and the HS Standard definitions to become a Financial ERP Lead.
� General Accounting � Address Book, G/L, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets

Software/Systems Used: JD Edwards � World and One World, HFM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), .NET

- Organizational skills Demonstrated in Prior Assignments
- Good communication skills, verbal & Written
- Project/Assignment documentation skills
- Experience in writing Specs / Testing / Implementing a plus
- Self-starter
- Drive to learn new skills (business and technical)
- Approximately 25% travel required
